Menopause: The Effective Manager
This course empower Managers to lead confidently and compliantly. This practical, evidence-based workshop gives Managers the knowledge, skills and awareness they need to support colleagues experiencing menopause. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of the relevant legislation, the confidence to have sensitive conversations, and actionable steps to create a supportive working environment.
