Our tutor demonstrated a deep understanding of paediatric first aid. She related her teaching to her extensive real life experience. She gave clear instructions and incorporated lots of practical learning. She was an excellent communicator who kept us engaged and focused throughout the day. Emma made the three days of training so interesting. She was great at mixing theoretical knowledge with a lot of practical scenarios that really improved the whole group's confidence.
