Staff training for Early Years, Schools, Colleges and Multi Academy Trusts

We provide specialist school staff training for pre-school & nursery, primary schools, secondary schools, and Multi Academy Trusts, with programmes tailored to each setting. For MATs, we can deliver consistent, cost-effective training across multiple schools, while adapting to the needs of individual academies. Bespoke pricing is available based on training volume.

Our courses include First Aid training for schools, Fire Safety training, Mental Health training, and Health and Safety training for education staff. From INSET days and twilight sessions to blended learning and open courses, we make it easy to deliver essential training without disrupting the school day.

  • Struggling to cover classrooms? Twilight training sessions minimise disruption to teaching time.
  • Can’t release all staff at once? Open courses allow staff to attend on different dates.
  • Need to train large numbers of staff? We can deliver on-site training across your school or Trust.
  • Supporting pupils with complex needs? Our trainers have hands-on experience and adapt training to your setting.
  • Limited time for full-day training? Blended learning options reduce time away from the classroom.
