We offer a full-service workplace training package, from First Aid and Fire Safety to Mental Health and Health & Safety. All courses can be adapted to your company policies, procedures, and team requirements.
We pride ourselves on working with trainers who have real-world experience. For example, First Aid is delivered by former ambulance crew and Fire training by experienced firefighters. This means delegates receive practical, engaging training that goes beyond a tick-box exercise. Can you deliver on-site training for a group?
Yes. Our trainers can deliver training at your premises at a time that works best for your business.
Can you work around shift patterns?
Yes. Courses can be delivered during the day, in the evenings, at weekends, or split into smaller sessions to suit your operational needs.
Do you offer open courses that we can send our team to?
Yes. We run open courses for a number of popular subjects, including Mental Health, Fire Safety, First Aid, and Health and Safety. These are available virtually for some courses and in Norwich, Ipswich, King’s Lynn, Sheringham, and Great Yarmouth. We are continually exploring additional locations.
Do you offer online training?
Yes. We offer blended learning, where part of the course is completed online and part in the classroom. We also deliver live virtual courses via Zoom and fully remote e-learning for selected subjects. Face-to-face delivery remains our preferred method, as we believe it provides the highest-quality learning experience.

Yes. We work alongside internal training teams within larger organisations, delivering bespoke packages and specialist sessions where required.
We cannot see the course we are looking for. Do you offer bespoke training?
Yes. If the subject falls within our remit, we are happy to discuss developing a bespoke course to meet your specific requirements.
