This course will teach delegates about when and why a catheter may be required, different types of catheter, anatomy and how to safety catheterise. Please note that this course will provide delegates with the theory, but they will require a competent person in their workplace to observe them catheterise on a real person when required in order for sign off. This course is only appropriate for RGN and medical professionals.

  • Demonstration of correct technique on anatomical model including equipment selection
