I really enjoyed the 2 day course and found the content we covered really helpful and useful. The trainer Dawn was excellent and felt she covered all the subjects really well. Dawn was also very easy to approach and to talk to about different subjects or queries I had. I have come away from the course feeling a lot more confident and have the backup from the very good MHFA manual we received. I have discussed the course with the rest of the HR team and it was felt they would benefit attending this course also.
