Yesterday - 17th September, Anglian Training ran in partnership with Duet Diabetes a free Epilepsy & Diabetes Snapshot session. The session was very well attended with over 70 delegates from a range of sectors coming along, and we were able to raise £102 through a raffle for Epilepsy Action & Diabetes UK.
We had a range of speakers including Maureen Roy of Epilepsy Action, Amy Summers who spoke about her personal experience of her son having epilepsy, Helen Stephen from Duet Diabetes, Michael who spoke about his personal experience of Diabetes, and Peter & June from opening doors.
We are running another similar event in Suffolk on 15th November if you were unable to make the Norfolk session.
